Compulsory New Year’s Gala Dinner: For stays on 31 December, an additional surcharge of THB6,000 per adult (16+) and THB3,000 per child (5–15) applies for the compulsory New Year’s Gala dinner. Payable directly to the hotel/resort.
Starting 1 May 2025, all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea will be required to complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online before arrival. This new system will streamline immigration, making the process faster, easier and more secure, eliminating the need for paper forms.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).
Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

- Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
- Daily buffet breakfast is served at Bre-Eze restaurant from 7am to 10.30am
- Kids eat free from a kids menu only.
- Set-menu lunch is served at Bre-Eze restaurant from 11am to 2pm. Set-menu dinner is served at Bre-Eze restaurant from 6pm to 9pm. Soft drinks and alcohol are not included. Guests have a choice of three set menus, all including a starter, a main with rice and a dessert.
- The nightly cocktail is a Bellini and is served at Bre-Eze restaurant or the pool bar from 11am to 10pm.
- 20% discount may be used multiple times. Valid at all on-site restaurants and bars. No minimum spend. No other restrictions apply.
- Complimentary access to non-motorised watersports includes paddleboards and kayaks.
- 60-minute massage (select packages only) is valid for one traditional Thai massage at Pandanus Spa. Massages must be booked one day in advance.
- The floating breakfast (select packages only) includes a selection from the main buffet and is available from 7.00 am to 10.30 am; pre-booking is required.
Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)
- Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:
- Flight number and arrival time
- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
